Getting Access to the HUB

Getting Started

  1. Complete the necessary access request forms under,
  2. Submit a request to us via E-Help for an RSA token to access the HUB.
Please note:
  • Requests for RSA tokens are queued till the next Account Services Maintenance Window (usually Wednesdays at 9:00 A.M.). Requests submitted after 9:00 A.M. are queued until the next Account Services Maintenance Window.
  • RSA tokens may take up to 2 days after the Account Services Maintenance Window to be generated by CIT. Please be patient.
